Breath Awareness
This part of the site is dedicated to random thoughts that spill out of my head. It may range from different breath techniques to black holes to skiing. I have no plan or format for this blog style page and will share whatever comes through.
I’ll start with writing some words about Breath Awareness. As my practice develops, it is interesting to notice how my awareness grows. I find that noticing how my breathing changes throughout the day, during different situations has allowed me to deepen the understanding of my own patterns.
We seem to unconsciously react to life and our past experiences shape how we interpret events. This means that we often judge people who are interpreting things differently than us. Perspective changes constantly and we need all sides to get a full picture. Accepting that we are only one perspective amongst billions can be refreshing. You don’t need to have all the answers! You only need to feel what’s right for you, at that time.
Our breath often shows us a deeper level of understanding. Many of our patterns are stored in our nervous system.
