Offerings

Breathwork is the use of Conscious Breathing for healing, personal awakening and transformation in body, mind and spirit.

The way we breathe mirrors the state of our nervous system.

With this realization, we can consciously adjust our breathing to regulate our system and balance our being.

There are many forms of breathwork.

Some styles promote deep calm, others fire you up.

Conscious Connected Breathwork uses diaphragmatic breathing and intention to access the full potential of your respiratory system.

Connecting our breath in a circular, full rhythm has many positive side effects:

  • revitalizes lung capacity

  • balances nervous system

  • increases emotional awareness

  • massages internal organs

  • boosts immune system

  • aids digestion

  • helps detox the body

  • improves heart rate variability

  • enter deep states of meditation

  • personal and spiritual insights

Breathwave is a form of Conscious Connected Breathing that I’ve found to be extremely grounding, powerful and expansive.

“Breathwave is a gentle and effective self-healing practice focusing on our own breath, flowing as an open, relaxed and continuous wave.” - Robin Clements

As a trained facilitator I bring my own flavour to the table.
